Production Technology

A full production system, professional lab, warehouse buildings and car fleet are located on the modern and dynamically developing premises of the company. Everything is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery corresponding to EU standards and requirements.

The actual rendering process employs "Wet Process" technology. This means that raw fat is rendered by hot steam (150°C) and mixed; after this process, solid elements and subsequently water from the fat are gradually separated in centrifuges. Rendering raw fat and its separation is a continuous process taking place at 100°C. This process takes approximately 30 min.

Another necessary component of the rendering is constant control of the quality of products in our chemical laboratory.

Last but not least, we also strive to supply the final high-quality product to customers on time and to prevent its deterioration during transport. This is achieved by our own vehicles, approved for the transport of animal products. Our modern tank trucks can hold 25t of product.
